I.    FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT :

2. The production, verification and dessimination of information relevant to productivity and development.
3. Strengthen the linkage between research and extension
4. Develop and broaden the adoption of production and processing techniques suitable to local conditions.
5. Identify and promote the sustainable use of commodity market condition and prospect

7. Provides technical assistance to the municipal agriculture and fishery council and municipal development staff in the preparation and operationalization of an integrated development program for the municipality.
